KAENZAN 蘭州ラーメン (Ransyuu Ramen), one of the most delicious ramen in Tokyo

Tokyo is more and more Muslim friendly :’) I just realize that halal restaurants throughout Japan are maybe more than what written in the internet article. Last Friday, one of my bff asked me to try another halal ramen in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. Lots of positive review about this resto. So, we decided to make a try. So, here it is.

Yes! It is halal! And I just learn from my Chinese friends that there are lots of Muslim living in the north-west of China, which is bordered with Central Asia and close to Pakistan), that’s a reason why there also lots of halal foods variant in China, not to mention: Ramen 🙂
Perfect!

Here, are their main menu. You’ll find there are lots of delicious ramen. However, please be mind that the portion is a little bit huge. Even for a food lover like me, it still huge. Be wise and choose one bowl that draws your attention the most. We choose no.7 (I am sorry, I couldn’t read the kanji very well :p)

And let me show you our ramen!
Yummy~
But hmm…. as Indonesian, I was wondering that I found a similar taste before. WHERE! WHERE! WHERE!
Aha! It is similar with “Soto Mie” (Noddle Savory Soup) in Indonesia!
Well… it is also a fact that Indonesian food also got influence from Chinese cuisine… from this experience, mmmm maybe “soto mie” also got influence from Chinese ramen

Beside, we also ordered a lamb/ mutton skewers. Hahahhaa, I know, we already told you that the ramen itself already in such a big portion. But, far away from Tsukuba, I need to eat more! At first we would like to try the gyouza, but pffftt… sold out!
But, the skewers were awesome! we love it so much. Personally, I even prefer the skewer 😀 hehehehe.

Tips if you want to come to this resto, well…. only one (plus one additional tips):
1. Avoid the peak of lunch and dinner time; you’ll not only compete with hungry Moslem but also non-Moslem because their ramen is just AWESOME 😀 Also, they aren’t provide booking system… in this case, early come, early served.

2. PLUS, I hope you are kind enough to not extend your chit-chat with your beloved friends after the meal because there is a long line outside the resto :’D
