I am not feeling well recently, I think I am too exhausted by my moving out stuff, homework, and also temperature change π¦ I am getting older for sure hahaha.
I think it was also my bad because I eat too many instant foods.
Last time my friend sent me a recipe that she think will suit me.
It is very easy, simple, and warm π
In short I made it.
I got lots of discounted pumpkin after the Halloween, and it was a right time.
Here is the recipe:
What to prepare:
- Pumpkin puree (I made it by my self by boil the pumpkin until it soft)
- coconut milk
- Ground ginger
- Onion chopped
- spring onion
- black pepper
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- water
To make:
- boil the pumpkin puree then add some coconut milk, stir for a while.
- add ground ginger, chopped onion, and chopped spring onion
- add cinnamon, nutmeg, and some black paper. Stir.
- wait until it is boiled
And voila! It is finish!
